Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and process orders. Payments made through this website are processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that your use of the checkout and payment services is also subject to Shopify’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, in addition to our own terms. We do not store or have direct access to your full payment details.

 

  • 🚛 Fulfilment & Delivery

All orders are fulfilled by our trusted print-on-demand production partners, who manufacture each item specifically for your order. Production and fulfilment begin once payment is confirmed. We aim to produce and dispatch orders within 5-10 days, and delivery times may vary depending on destination and postal service performance. Any delivery estimates provided are indicative only and not guaranteed, as delays can occur due to production volumes, carrier delays, or factors outside our control… or depending on how popular we are.

 

  • 🔄 Returns

All items are produced specifically for each customer based on the selected size, colour, and design. As such, products are made to order and not held in stockBecause of this made-to-order process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Preference changes

  • Ordering errors made by the customer

This is permitted under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which exempts personalised or made-to-order goods from the standard 14-day cancellation right.

 

  • ⛓️💥 Faulty or Incorrect Items

We fully comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If your item arrives with:

  • manufacturing defect

  • print error

  • quality issue

  • The wrong item compared to your order

You are entitled to a replacement or refund, at no cost to you.

To report an issue:

  • Contact us within 14 days of delivery

  • Provide clear photos showing the fault or error

  • Include your order number

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment is confirmed.

Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website.

Yes! We ship to over 50 countries. International rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
